• Felicia's Designs Online is not responsible for items that are lost or stolen once shipped. 
• We make every effort to ensure that items are packaged securely and tracking information will always be provided. 
• If there is a problem with delivery, please contact USPS. 
• We are not responsible for packages that show delivered. 
• Orders are prepared and shipped, after payment has posted.
• Please allow 2 business days for order processing and shipping information to be sent.
• We do not offer refunds or exchanges. 
•  Our return policy doesn’t cover buyer’s remorse.
• Any items that are damaged must have photo proof of packaging and item. If applicable a replacement will be sent after a thorough review. Pictures of the package at delivery and of the item are required.
• In the even an item is damaged during transit and the item is no longer available, a store credit will be issued.  
• Some items are listed in both the web store and the Etsy Shop, those items may have different shipping costs associated with each purchase.  
•  All gift baskets and gift sets are final sale. No exceptions. 
•  Due to COVID-19 we have halted all returns on any material/clothing/apparel item. 

• Shipping Times may increase during Sales and Holidays.
• Shipping Costs have increased in 2022 due to USPS increasing their rates. Thank you for your understanding.
